Beijing Store Opening
Published August 29, 2012
Good Evening,
As a quick note, our email “opt-in” list has been growing every day and we “thank you” for your participation. We would like to answer a question we have received. This is not the exclusive channel for communications and the company will continue to put out official Press Releases but, we will be reserving that method of communication for material announcements. There is no way for us to know who all of the actual shareholders of “CAGR” stock are, even with a NOBO list. This gives us a better understanding of the investors and their genuine interest in the company. As blind press releases have seemed to attract many investors who could not even begin to describe what the company does, we believe this channel of communication offers greater value to the investors who know and support what we are doing and where this company is going.
The “CGI” retail store in Beijing will have its’ “Opening” this weekend. The email distribution list, for notification of the event, exceeds 3000 contacts and the staff is looking forward to very busy weekend. We will be following up next week with picture and preliminary results of the stores performance.
We would also like to follow up on the earlier announcement regarding TasteV. Upon the initial feedback from the company’s wine club members, they have selected 4 wineries from the CGI portfolio to carry in their initial inventory and the first container order has been consolidated and will leave the Port of Oakland this week!
Recently we submitted a request out to our wineries for donations of various marketing and wine related paraphernalia to be used in our retail shop. The response was fantastic and we have quite a few items headed to Beijing including posters, barrel heads, large format bottles and yes, even a bottle of the famed Sonoma dirt to name a few! These items make the experience that much more and offer great conversation pieces over a glass of California Wine!
“Thank you” goes out to all of our wineries for their support.
Best regards,
California Grapes International, Inc.
