SIBE Highlights
- To Acquire Blendedschools.net
- 11 Years of Operation, Strong Education Courses
- ClassChatter App Users Surpass 200,000
- Additional Education Apps Pending Fall 2013
- 22 Million Shares Outstanding
- Price Target $0.15 to $0.20 ($3 to $4 Million Valuation)
As of September 30, 2013, there were approximately 22 million common shares issued and outstanding, giving the stock a current market cap of just around $1 million. Based on their pending acquisition of Blendedschools.net, their ClassChatter app now surpassing 200,000 users, new educational apps expected this fall, and their low market valuation, Ludlow Research has issued a 'short-term' $3 to $4 million market cap target, or $0.15 to $0.20 per share on SIBE, which we still feel is very fair and justifiable when compared to others within the sector.

Blendedschools has an 11 year history, and large base of clients, generally focused on smaller school districts, including those in rural settings, and provides online curriculum with 192 master courses for the K-12 marketplace, all Common Core compatible; a complete hosted course authoring and learning management system (LMS) environment featuring both Blackboard and Canvas; the new Language Institute, with online courses in Arabic, Chinese, Spanish, French, Japanese, Latin, Russian, German and Hindi, all oriented to meet today's ESL requirements. The Blendedschools staff provides online, and on site training for Blended Learning training methods, conversion planning, and implementation. For more information, go to www.blendedschools.net
