sophie56.   Do you have a position with TECO based on your self implied message that "you've been "reading for a while and interesting".   Why would you need to question the new AS because any smart prospective investor would be doing some real DD.  I'll answer your stupid questions and I say "stupid" because anyone who comes to a board for such important questions is an idiot.  Why haven't you called the company to speak with the principals or don't you have the balls?  Here are your answers in summary:

1) Like many OTCBB micro-cap companies; TECO had little to zero revenue during 2012 so if you read the 2012 10K before posting your idiotic question you would have noticed this fact.  If you read any DD before coming on this board and posting that question then you would have seen they have numerous drilling programs in the works.  Including an international drilling exploration program in Belize.  This is why the PPS is .015 and not $1.50/share.  I predict $1.50/share by sometime late next year.

2) TECO now has revenue and that will be seen in the soon to be filed 2nd 10Q and 3rd 10Q.

3) TECO needs to complete developing Belize without any Belize related revenue and they also have plans to drill up 5-7 wells in Tuscola, TX before the end of 2013.  Based on the wells proximity to Mitchell no. 3 & 4 that are part of TECO's current source of revenue and the pay zones found in Stockton #2;  these wells should produce a minimum of 25 BPD each in the long term and that IMO is conservative.  All this work requires capitol which might require dilution but the dilution will be offset with revenue.

4) READ THE PAST NEWSLETTERS! TECO does plan on scheduling stock buyback after they become cash flow positive (CFP) in the near future i.e. by December at the latest.

5) Learn to perform your own DD or face this board with the expectations of insults for asking such a stupid question.
