Mr. Mandia had over twenty years executive management experience, 1989-2009, with NESCO, a privately held diversified company with over $1 billion (US ) in sales.
From 1989-1997, he was Group Vice President with responsibility for NESCO’s manufacturing companies, with $150 million in sales. In 1997, he headed a team that raised $120 million in public bond financing and formed the Continental Global Group. He was appointed its Vice Chairman- Director, 1998-2003. In early 2004, he was appointed President/CEO, Penn- Union Corp., a NESCO affiliate, and a manufacturer and global sales company of electrical connectors and accessories. Mr. Mandia led a successful turn- around of the company, which in 2008 posted record sales and profits.
Prior to joining, NESCO, Mr. Mandia held senior management positions at Ogden Corporation and the Ford Motor Company in strategic planning, business development, and operations management.
Mr. Mandia has a B.S. degree in Accounting, and a Master’s degree in Business Management.
