GRNE Company Description
Green Endeavors (GRNE) currently operates two salons that sell Aveda products exclusively. GRNE's flagship salon is named Landis Lifestyle Salon which is an Aveda Lifestyle Salon. The flagship location has 20 chairs and gross annual revenues of approximately $2M. GRNE's long term plans will include national expansion. GRNE's initial expansion plans will be limited to a 50 mile radius of Salt Lake City, Utah which would include up to 6 salons.

Richard Surber, CEO
Richard D. Surber is currently the CEO and Director of Nexia Holdings, Inc. (OTC:NXHD), Green Endeavors, Inc. (OTC:GRNE) and Landis Salons, Inc. Mr. Surber attended the University of Utah College of Business where he obtained his Bachelors of Science in Finance. Mr. Surber later obtained his Juris Doctor from the University of Utah College of Law. He has been a member of the California Bar since 1999 and practices law on a limited basis. His area of practice primarily involves corporate and federal securities matters.

Mr. Surber is the entrepreneurial force behind the Landis Lifestyle Salon business model that he financed and co-founded in 2005. His long term vision for Green Endeavors and the Landis Lifestyle Salon business includes opening company owned and franchised salons throughout the United States. All salons owned by Green will be energy efficient, Earth friendly, beautifully designed, immaculately clean with a focus on excellent guest services. Mr. Surber believes that educated stylist and their guest are the hallmarks to a successful salon organization.

Logan Fast, Vice President
Logan has been a member of the Landis Salon team since he began as a stylist in early 2005. He completed an apprenticeship under Landis’s namesake, Matthew Landis and has been growing as a stylist ever since. He prides himself on being an inspirational leader and teacher. When he is not teaching new aspiring artists, he concentrates all his energy on his clients.
