In regard to the quest for proof of involvement/progress in Panama, are there any fluent Spanish speakers among us who can navigate Panamanian authority sites (e.g. the National Environmental Authority of Panama) with ease and skill? There might be a publicly accessible documents of the subsidiary acquisition there and the permits for Arlan International and Coast Eco Timber which would thereby instruct us in how to find proof of permits when awarded to HIMR.
