Very good point, I remember a long time ago I was programming one of my computers and forgot I had my external drive plugged in. I started to format the drives lol.. I said what in the world is taking so long? I looked down and my heart dropped! 80% of my drive was formatted and I had 10's of thousands of family pictures on that drive. Luckily, I had a few tricks up my sleeves and was able to get that info back. Took just over 72 hours to recover but I was very lucky!
