just in case you have trouble understanding why judge dismissed case & did not order all bonds confiscated is because they are real!!! here is a more simpler form call 8k We had another appraiser by the name of John Misuraca, of Avalon Advisors, look at the appraisal performed by Paul Marquez and Daniel Jordan to make sure it met SEC US GAAP rules. In an email to us and to Paul Marquez, he approved and accepted the report.yep there real! lmao
