The two biggest problems right now for BMSN shareholders are A.) Dilution B.) Determining what the revenue potential of BMSN will be based on Regen's products. If Koos receives revenue for Regen, so long as it is not entirely severed from BMSN, BMSN will benefit. Therefore the pps should benefit. However, if he severs it completely (is he?) then BMSN will not benefit in any way from Regen's income. You have to remember that Regen owns the intellectual property that will ultimately be sold and not BMSN.
There are many more problems of course, but for BMSN shareholders, these two are the most important presently, IMO.
PS: I firmly believe, beyond a shadow of a doubt that neither Dr. Ichim, Dr. Min or Dr. Suhy (Benitec) had a clue about Koos's shady past or just how slimy Hicks is. I know I have said it over and over again. Just wanted to add it one more time.
