the electroporation delivery system is in phase III trials and if approved, the drugs that are administered, depending on how they are classified, may or may not require FDA approval.
kind of like if a straw has been approved, whether i chose to drink soda or water from it, is none of the FDA's business. Unless it was a controlled substance, but since CBD and in the future, THCx would be classified as a supplement, then it would not require FDA approval.
