Dr. McAlliter and his researchers have been on the leading edge of CBD for years. They are one of the lucky few who even get sanction from the federal govt. CBD in various forms has been around for a while. MJN* Canchew for instance. YAK has had CBD products in the dispensaries for years.
This isn't about the CBD. They talk of mixed carboxylates. Google Dr. Courtney Cannabis for a MD in Mendocino and watch his Utube films. He treats people with juice from live plants that has no high in huge doses. But he says you need 40 to 80 live plants at all times to get enough juice. EZ if you live in Mendocino County. If the B-Bio boys have figured out a way to get Dr. Courtneys medicine into a pill it is very good. Maybe it can even slip thru as a health food product. You can by pure cold pressed marijuana seed oil in most any health food store. Can they slide this through that set of laws? Big question.
