Rejlers concludes the acquisition of Rejlers Consu

Today, Rejlers announce a date for the acquisition of the remaining 51 per cent of the shares in the Norwegian associate Rejlers Consulting AS (formerly Nettkonsult AS). The takeover will take place January 1st, 2014. As communicated September 13, 2011, Rejlers fulfilled a first step in the acquisition of Rejlers Consulting AS (formerly Nettkonsult AS). Rejlers acquired initially 49 per cent of the shares from Agder Energy. Rejlers Consulting has some 100 employees, working with technical consultancy to customers within distribution, energy and electricity safety. During 2012 the company had a turnover of over 100 MNOK. The company has its main office in Kristiansand and has additional 7 offices in Norway.
