The entire point of suggesting-nay, imploring-- to Koos the number of times I did to change the CUSIP was because of suspected shorting by Southridge. This was not just because of suspicion on my part either. Many investors expressed their findings/feelings to him about Southridge. And Koos himself did not exactly convey anything to me that remotely suggested that he did not believe Southridge responsible for shorting the stock. Read into that what you wish..
Not only did he not issue a CUSIP a month or so ago to allow his investors an opportunity to recover from the beating we had been taking for so long, he publicizes a new deal with Hicks for Regen. Then he dilutes the crap out of BMSN the next day. This after having already diluted heavily since the last BS PR.
Yes, IMO, the man has been shorting his own stock and doing so with the assistance of Hicks. Same ole same ole with him.
