Do you and I have investor confidence in the comp

Do you and I have investor confidence in the company we've come to know very well with a new business plan and who's stock is being manipulated?  If that confidence reflects the hope for a future and much higher PPS then  let's temporarily hope for new PPS lows while all knowing the PPS will get back to a nickel within some future decade.  It's anyone's guess if the next PR which maybe announcing initial Stockton rates will stop the manipulation and significantly increase the PPS?  The Mitchell's did chit for the PPS in the long run.  Then again we still wait for filings that prove the Mitchells have oil coming from them.  Do we have a TRRC report on the Mitchells or just a bunch of words claiming "Mitchell is pumping 50 +/- BPD.   The market will want to see an official SEC report knowing TECO's credibility othewise "words" might have worked.
