Word. I vote temporary insane. I despise bringing up this comparison, and am not doing so in the normal sense, but I saw a special on the rise of Nazi Germany where they show the evolution of that swath of the population, leading to the inevitable conclusion that they had all gone insane. There were even video shots of Nazi women just crazily overjoyed just over seeing SS troops and such. Its important to answer the WHY here, and alot of it stemmed from the propoganda machine, and the need for Germans to turn to something, anything other than the reality that they got clobbered during WW1 and had a rough road ahead. I see similarities here now in the information/misinformation campaigns out in our country, but its certainly not 100% deliberate what their messaging is accomplishing on the backend. Alot of people just fail to realize what their positions have all the way down the human and environmental ladder, and a huuuge part of it is theres simply not enough hours in the day to sift through all of the info that flies at us....let alone WANTING to. Its a tough thing to challenge ones belief system, and can lead to anger and other emotions....so mire often than not people stake out a position based on the people around them and just dig in...the more data that challenges them the harder they dig in. That, to me, is a version of insanity, but *I* was that person for a long time, so I get it. It took multiple YEARS to fully break my own fever. Thats why I dont get personal with political stuff. i just throw it out there and let it breathe, and people have every right to dissent and voice their views...just dont come after me personally or I will do my best to make you feel like an idiot LOL.

This rise is the second month running that prices have increased significantly. An average 30-year fixed mortgage rate increa... Continue Reading
