Wow ! I am batting a 1000 this past 24 hours--first agreeing with Skipper and now you.
When Koos is finished diluting, this will move. Not for long though. Did you folk really think that Koos, out of the goodness of his black heart, was going to offer 20 milly of Regen shares on a 2.3 billion OS to BMSN shareholders ? Why in the world would you think that? Since when did Koos become in the slightest bit altruistic? Unless Koos feels in the least bit intimidated, he will dilute this all the way to 5 billion. I mean, he has authorized it, yes? And you think he is not going to continue to capitalize on his authorization? Puhleeeeze!
Shuler pointed out that the so-called evaluation was based on a transaction between Koos and Stephen Hicks. Hello? Do you need anything else to question the validity of the 100K for 100K? And don't preach to me about valuation based on market potential ...few, if any, on here know the market potential of these treatments better than I. However, if you think for one minute this man is going to give more than he has to to retail investors , think again. We are but shit to him. Do not doubt that.
And now Regen is partly owned by a Stephen Hicks production. Wow! That is going to look great on Regen's CV.
So, unless Koos is a wee bit scared because he made the mistake of once again publicizing that he is working closely with a known fraud that runs PIPE schemes and scurries to reverse his mistake, since after all, the FBI & the SEC are closely monitoring such dealings, or he stops diluting whilst he attempts to figure out what in the world he is going to do now, this stock is not going to move much.
He is diluting folks. And he doesn't have to report it just yet. As some have pointed out, this is pinky land. And in pinky land, they play by their own rules that are forever changing.
Let it be known that I own not a share of BMSN. I sold at a significant loss. And I did so for an even more significant reason. A reason many of you would never understand.
AND MY TUNE HAS NOT CHANGED. ANYONE THAT FOLLOWS ME KNOWS THAT. THIS IS NOT ABOUT THE MEDICINE. THIS IS NOT ABOUT THE DOCTORS. THIS IS ABOUT THE CORRUPT PRACTICES OF THE CEO. SO TAKE THE BS ELSEWHERE.
