Avis Budget Group Honors Budget Jordan as Outstand

(Nasdaq: CAR ) announced that it has honored Budget Jordan as the Budget Licensee of the Year for Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA) in recognition of its commitment to the Budget brand and to serving value-conscious travelers with outstanding products and services.

Budget Jordan is independently owned and operated by Central Trade and Auto Company (CTA) which took over the Budget franchise in Jordan in May, 2012, and in one year's time, transformed the brand into a leading car rental provider. CTA rapidly expanded the fleet and grew the Budget network to serve the rental needs of business and leisure travelers at five conveniently located facilities, including one at Queen Alia International Airport in Amman.
