AS Ekspress Grupp submitted Eesti Meedia a notice of purchase right for joint ventures

Today, AS Ekspress Grupp submitted AS Eesti Meedia a notice in which the Group wishes to exercise the contractual right to purchase the shares Eesti Meedia holds in the joint ventures SL Õhtuleht, Ajakirjade Kirjastus and Express Post. This right is provided for the contracting parties in the event the major shareholder of the other party changes. On 12 September 2013, Eesti Meedia announced the change in company’s sole shareholder.
