Crow Holdings Capital Partners, L.L.C. Closes Crow

DALLAS, Oct. 10, 2013 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Crow Holdings Capital Partners, L.L.C. ("CHCP"), a diversified investment firm, today announced that it has successfully closed Crow Holdings Realty Partners Fund VI at $1.067 billion. This exceeds the initial target of $750 million due to demand from current and new partners seeking to benefit from investment opportunities in the market today.

Consistent with CHCP's prior funds, Fund VI will pursue a disciplined investment strategy focused on acquiring a diverse portfolio of assets that generate current income and benefit from capital appreciation. The Fund will acquire investments in various asset classes, including industrial, retail, office, multi-family, convenience & gas stores, hotel, medical, and land.
