PC "Lithuanian shipping company " sale of motor ve

On the 9^th October, 2013 PC  „Lithuanian shipping company“ (LSC) has signed an agreement to sell the company’s oldest (28 years) motor vessel „Skalva“. The delivery of the vessel to the buyer is planned to take place by the end of November, 2013. The conditions of the sale are confidential. The sale will not have any material effect on LSC financial results. Funds received from the sale will be used for working capital and repayment of the loans.
