MISSION VIEJO, Calif., Oct. 10, 2013 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- FITT Highway Products, Inc . (OTCQB:FHWY) (the "Company") announced received approval to the file the Definitive 14C for completing the Merger Agreement with F.I.T.T. Energy Products Inc, a private company which has been doing its operations since 2010 under an Operations Agreement disclosed in all of the Company's security files since the third Quarter of 2010.

Management believes the combinations of the two companies will increase the pool of potential investors and subsequent liquidity of the Company's common stock.
