Somewhere between Steps # 5 and #10, we need to commence an exploration study of our offshore concession area in Belize, concentrating our efforts along the border with Mexico, and concentrating on areas which possess oceanic currents which would remove any environmental problems out of Belize and into the Gulf.

I kind of like the gas field next door, and the possibility of even deeper wells with an eye towards tapping into the deep shales of Texas. So many possibilities, and they all begin with three letters: CFP.
