Your right it wasnt months ago, but your first reaction was it was not a concern, that since has changed. I just wanted to make you aware of the impact it could have. If other financing was available im sure it would have been a better alternative.
Itll be onteresting to see how this plays out and what makes it to the finish line first.
Ill have to pine through tomorrow when i have time and read your take on todays news. It should at least go back to the 30's which would be nice.
