I just think you need to understand what's causing

I just think you need to understand what's causing the PPS to react the way it is.  Contact coolnapz if you don't believe what I'm saying about NSS and the ongoing manipulation. Cool is an ex New York desk trader with 1000X more market and trading experience than I have and much smarter about what goes on behind the scenes  than I'll ever be.  We were speaking to this manipulation in PM's on Ihub well over a year ago from .13 all the way down to the low of .008.  Without the manipulation the .13 would have been .20 and the .008 would have been .02 all time low.  The manipulation is raping TECO of it's share structure.  There response to the problem during the CC is "we can't control the PPS" which frustrates the living hell out of me.  Maybe so but why does a PPS go up when milestones are met and financials are improved and share structures are decreased but down when just the opposite happens.  Another point and IMO;  when a company increases it's AS;  it gives the manipulators more room.  When a company fails to meet it's announced milestones; it gives the manipulators more room.  When a company takes longer than necessary to book revenue;  it gives the manipulators more roon.
