NASHVILLE, Tenn., Oct. 9, 2013 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- DHS Holding, Co. ("Lucky Fox Casino") (OTC:DHSM) is pleased to announce that Clarence Parks, Lucky Fox Casino's former Project Coordinator, has been elected Chief Executive Officer of DHS Holding, Co., succeeding Charles Barrett.
Mr. Parks was instrumental as the Project Coordinator for the design and implementation of LuckyFoxCasino.com for FenServices, while securing the major contract and final design specifications for the DHS Holding, Co. online casino, LuckyFoxCasino.com.

Carson Parks II, was an accomplished songwriter, having written hit songs for The Mills Brothers, Jerry Reed, and above all, Frank Sinatra, who garnered his first hit Gold single in 1967 with the song, Somethin' Stupid. Parks began an early career, attending the prestigious American Boychoir School in Princeton, New Jersey; a private Performing Arts school. Here, Clarence toured the country, performing on stage and television as well as performing three nights in Carnegie Hall accompanied by a full orchestra and operatic soloists at the age of ten. He continued performing throughout his high school career, doing recordings for the United Methodist Publishing House and acting with Nashville's Circle Players acting troupe. Mr. Parks has 15 years of experience working in software design and graphic arts for the broadcast, video and film industries.
