I didnt notice u had said anything wrong-was just trying to relay our new understanding
KMG is a spinoff and a dividend - so a good thing, esp if they add other concessions to CWRN or KMG- including the new Navial operations right next to baja 14 shown in the google map madflight gave us
which is sweeter than we had thought- the person who got us thinking privately about this go ahead and post what u told us if u want-our previous understanding never fully made sense but i didnt understand why their would be private stock or why they would be creating KMG unless it was to put their own stamp on it and to please brads wife etc or bring other concessions on board eventually etc
