literally this means the private stock of PanAm since PanAm has no public stock of its own
so my discussion proceeds on a literal interpretation of what PR said
I dont understand why sub has private stock,except as an unnecessary? substitute holder of Bob-now Brads controlling stock- I was NEVER interested in stocks WHATSOEVER-only got into this to help friends- so I dont know -but bashers have used the private stock claim to say cwrn stock is worthless-which is nonsense-well they wont be able to use that facetious argument because there will be no private stock-we will own what was private stock
as i understand it from a "on its face' reading of the pr, brad would not converting the private stock of the PanAm sub to public stock via the sec reg statement and giving it to us via the dividend - our KMG stock would replace private stock of PanAm-- a give away-for whatever reason brad may not consider it necessary for brad to hold private stock of PanAm
since PanAm is a wholly owned sub of CWRN, if CWRN stock remained, technically CWRN stock would have real value- KMG stock will hold the private?stock of the mex sub-what is the value of private stock of PanAm? - i dont know since i dont even know why the sub has private stock - if it still does
we automatically assumed CWRN stock for KMG stock -he could've cleared up confusion by simply adding the word "private' to PanAm stock
my acct eco and law degrees taught practically nothing about stocks, which are their own EXTREMELY specialized world-which has frustrated me to the ends of the earth--so stocks have been exasperating to me- cant find any logic in stocks-and logic was my best subject
and KMG would be a wholly owned sub -owned by who- parent CWRN or PanAM? cant have subs without a parent-so the parent co would continue in any case-and until they tell us differently CWRN remains the parent and CWRN stock remains- havent said anything about a name change re CWRN --
with the KMG stock just a dividend as the pr says- paid bashers who do this for a living may know this but they would be very happy to push the r/s from cwrn into kmg idea -which isnt literally supported by what the co has said so far
