I just glanced at my Level 2.  There are sellers

I just glanced at my Level 2.  There are sellers and buyers.  Nobody is budging.  The buyers are at 16 and the sellers at 19. 


I think we're in holding mode.

If there was a chill, there would be neither buyer nor seller listed.
