Opus Group AB (publ) has successfully issued a bon

Today, Opus Group issued a four year senior unsecured bond for SEK 200 million with a maturity date of October 17, 2017. The bond has a coupon of 3 month STIBOR + 4.5%. Opus Group will apply for a listing of the bond on NASDAQ OMX Stockholm. Swedbank AB (publ) has acted as the sole book runner. “This is the first time that Opus Group has issued a bond, and we are very pleased with the strong interest from investors, which led to a heavily oversubscribed book. The issuance of the bond signifies that Opus Group is diversifying its financial structure and increasing operational flexibility. The funds will primarily be used to repay the vendor note received from AB Svensk Bilprovning in connection with Opus Group’s acquisition of Besiktningskluster 1 AB (today Opus Bilprovning AB) in November 2012.
