I still don't think Ichim, Min & Suhy knew.
Probably not. I could be wrong but is not looking promising. I'd love for him to prove me wrong of course. And at this point he'd probably love to do anything to make me look like a fool (I have it on good authority that that is probably so). I don't see him doing it by allowing this pps to rise, though; that would throw his initial plan way off track and since he is pretty methodical, I doubt he'll do that.
