STONESOFT CORPORATION APPLIES FOR DELISTING OF ITS

STONESOFT CORPORATION STOCK EXCHANGE RELEASE 9 OCTOBER 2013 at 4.00 P.M. STONESOFT CORPORATION APPLIES FOR DELISTING OF ITS SHARES McAfee Suomi Funding LLC ("McAfee") owns approximately 97.93 per cent of all the shares and votes in Stonesoft Corporation ("Stonesoft"). McAfee has initiated minority redemption proceedings in accordance with Chapter 18 of the Finnish Companies Act in order to acquire all the remaining Stonesoft shares held by the minority shareholders. The arbitrator appointed by the Redemption Committee of the Finland Chamber of Commerce has summoned the parties to an oral hearing concerning the redemption of the minority shares to be held on 20 November 2013. Provided that the Arbitral Tribunal confirms that McAfee's redemption right is clear, McAfee is entitled to gain title to all the Stonesoft shares against the placing of security approved by the Arbitral Tribunal for the payment of the redemption price. Stonesoft's Board of Directors has decided to submit an application to terminate the trading in the Stonesoft shares and to delist all the Stonesoft shares from the official list of NASDAQ OMX Helsinki Ltd. ("NASDAQ OMX Helsinki"). A delisting application concerning the matter has today been submitted to NASDAQ OMX Helsinki. In the application Stonesoft requests that the quotation of the Stonesoft shares on the official list of NASDAQ OMX Helsinki be terminated as soon as possible upon McAfee having gained title to all the shares in Stonesoft.
