If you put money in your account you are not spending it.
You receive interest on your money in your account until you invest it.
If you place an order and it does not get filled you have not invested you money yet.
Investing is not spending.
Investing is saving in something you expect to rise in value.
If you do not think TelVue will rise in value for a very long time you are not thinking things out.
