Skanska signs contract for multifamily tower in Bellevue,

Skanska has signed a contract for construction of an 11-story multifamily tower in downtown Bellevue, WA, USA. The full contract amount of USD 54 M, about SEK 350 M, will be included in order bookings for Skanska USA Building for the fourth quarter of 2013. The contract was awarded by Alley111 Owner LLC; a joint venture that includes Skanska USA Commercial Development. Alley111 will be an about 28,000 square meter residential tower, and the building is targeting LEED Silver certification. The project will start in October 2013, with expected completion in the third quarter 2015.
