ETTEPLAN OYJ: NOTIFICATION OF A CHANGE IN THE HOLDING OF SHARES OR VOTES IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 9, SECTION 10 OF THE SECURITIES MARKETS ACT
Etteplan Oyj has received a notification of a change in the holding in accordance with Chapter 9, section 5 of the Securities Markets Act.

Shareholder subject to the notification obligation: Ingman Group Oy Ab
Grounds for the notification:
Ingman Group Oy Ab (”Ingman”) announced on August 19, 2013 that it will make a mandatory public takeover bid on the shares in Etteplan Oyj (”Etteplan”). The offer period in mandatory public takeover bid began on September 18, 2013, and it will end on October 9, 2013, unless the offer period is extended.
Ingman has on October 8, 2013 received information that as a consequence of the amount of acceptances given by the mandatory public takeover bid Ingman can obtain share of Etteplan’s share capital and voting rights which exceeds 50% of Etteplan’s share capital and voting rights if the takeover bid is completed.
