Sadly, I believe there are things still needing ironed out with the process; however, CDFT will be shinning example of how a debt free OTC market stock has overcome the corruption in the market. I don't believe it is going to change much for a long time as companies who want to go public shouldn't venture here. They will be scorched when they do. but I do believe as more ceo's get wind of this it will help many get away but not after the damage is done - meaning heavy shorting/naked shorting and then when they need help the debt buying and selling. at that point the company is left to hang out to dry. From there, plan B moving forward. Sec doesn't care enough and as I understand, there is just way to much money involved for them to say anything. They are fully aware it is happening.  JMO.
