The 10Q process is still being worked on by accountants to overcome issues brought up by the auditors. When this process is complete the 10Q will be filed. The fact is post acquisition of M/L will actually require it to be done again. Yes, this very event will require that to take place. IMO it's far more important to negotiate the financing to realize this acquisition than anything else. One only has to look back at Enegy-1's highest PPS and what news events propelled the PPS. It's easy to see that this very acquisition is what propelled it. The actual acquisition should result in even higher highs than previously reached.
