(OTC:SYAI) ("Cloudeeva" or the "Company"), a global Cloud services and Technology solutions company specializing in Cloud, Big Data, Mobility solutions and Outsourced services today announced the appointment of Robert Kaleta in a new role of Senior Vice President of Business Development based out of Pleasanton, California.

Earlier, Prior to Divergent Resources, Robert has had a distinguished career leading the sales and business development efforts of large technology services and staffing organizations including Ajilon Consulting, as it grew to more than 10,000 employees.
