Claim application of Stemcor UK Limited
Liepaja, 2013-10-08 16:05 CEST (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- JSC Liep?jas Metalurgs informs that one of the Company’s creditors – steel trader Stemcor UK Limited – would like to recover losses in the amount of USD 18 978 897 (LVL 10 191 666.47) jointly from JSC Liep?jas Metalurgs and LSEZ JSC Liep?jas Osta LM. A corresponding claim application has been submitted to the Court of Kurzeme.
The Court of Kurzeme has accepted this claim and plan to review it on 12.11.2013.
Neither JSC Liep?jas Metalurgs or LSEZ JSC Liep?jas Osta LM recognizes this claim.
