Observationsnoteringen för aktierna i ChronTech P

Den 5 september 2012 observationsnoterades aktierna i ChronTech Pharma AB (”Bolaget”) eftersom det förelåg osäkerhet om Bolagets ekonomiska situation.
Bolaget offentliggjorde den 2 oktober 2013 att det har tillförts cirka 9 miljoner kronor genom en företrädesemission av aktier och konvertibler.
Med anledning av det ovan anförda beslutar NASDAQ OMX Stockholm AB att observationsnoteringen för aktierna i ChronTech Pharma AB (CTEC, ISIN-kod SE0001831017, orderboks-ID 36829) ska tas bort. Observationsnoteringen tas bort fr.o.m. idag den 8 oktober 2013.
On September 5, 2012, the shares in ChronTech Pharma AB (“the Company”) received observation status because of the material adverse uncertainty about the Company´s financial situation.
On October 2, 2013, the Company announced that it had received 9 million SEK through an offering of shares and convertibles.
With reference to what is stated above, the NASDAQ OMX Stockholm AB has decided that the shares in ChronTech Pharma AB (CTEC, ISIN-code SE0001831017, orderbook-ID 36829) shall be removed from observations status. The observation status will be removed with effect from today October 8, 2013.
