Here are couple of answers from Les today that may be of some interest.

1. You have stated that drilling will commence at least by December 1st. Does this imply that the joint venture announcement may not be annouced until shorty before the drilling begins on December 1, 2013 which would put the joint venture announcement in the month of November. NOT THE SAME WE JUST AGREED ON THE STARUP DATE FOR DRILLING AS PART OF THE AGREEMENT
2. You have said the partner has a timeline for all the announcements including the joint venture announcement. Is the timing of the joint venture announcement related to any matters relative to partner "C"'s quarterly financial announcement to their shareholders and or other matters related to their business plans. NO
3. Will the work program or drilling program for the ADL by partner "C" be divided into several scheduled work programs? YES BUT THE INITIAL ONE IS A ONE SEASON WORK PROGRAMME
4. Will the total amount pledged by partner "C" for the total work program, (i.e. drilling to prove up the property) amount to at least $50,000,000? THAT DEPENDS ON RESULTS IF THE INITIAL PROGRAMME IS SUCCESSFUL IT WILL BE FOLLOWED BY LARGER AND LARGER AMOUNTS
5. If partner "C" has mining properties adjacent to properties owned by MMC, Compañia Minera LDM Chile and MMI,NA will partner "C" be able to connect with existing roads on our property so as to expidite transportation of equipment and or ore to the processing plants? ONE OF THEIR HOLDING PRESENTLY RENTS OUR ROAD SAPACE
6. Has partner "C" made advanced preparations by sending in their geologist, mining engineers and other company officials to determine which properties or locations will be drilled first in proving up the properties? MANY, MANY TIMES
7. In order to begin drilling as soon as possible, has partner "C" filed and received drilling permits for the designated drilling sites?
NO NOT AN ISSUE AS WE ARE IN A DEDICATED MINING AREA
