Hill International Announces Seven New Vice Presid

MARLTON, N.J., Oct. 7, 2013 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Hill International (NYSE: HIL ), the global leader in managing construction risk, announced today that the company has hired or promoted seven executives to the position of Vice President.

Jeffrey P.M. Badman, of Hill's Muscat, Oman office, has been promoted to Vice President with the company's Construction Claims Group. Badman has more than 15 years of experience managing the construction of major infrastructure, power, oil and gas, and buildings projects throughout Asia and the Middle East. Prior to joining, Hill he was a Senior Consultant with J.R. Knowles. Badman holds a B.E. in civil engineering from the University of Nottingham and an LL.B. from the University of London. He is registered with the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.

Guillermo Fernandez-Mazarambroz, of Hill's Mexico City, Mexico office, has been promoted to Vice President of Operations (Latin America) with the company's Project Management Group.  He has more than 10 years of project management experience in the construction industry. Prior to joining Hill, he was a Regional Manager with Gerens Management Group. Fernandez-Mazarambroz holds an M.B.A. from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a diploma in architecture from the Polytechnic University of Madrid.

Michael L. Jameson, FCIOB, of Hill's Doha, Qatar office, has been promoted to Vice President and Qatar Projects Director with the company's Project Management Group.  Jameson has more than 38 years of experience in project and construction management for mixed-use developments, shopping malls, hotels, telecommunication buildings, power, commercial and residential developments.  Prior to joining Hill, he was a Construction Manager with Turner Construction.  Jameson holds an M.Sc. in project management in construction from the University of Salford's School of the Built Environment and has a diploma in engineering from Granville College. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Building.

John Newton, FCIOB, of Hill's London, UK office, has joined the company's Project Management Group as Vice President.  Newton has more than 35 years of experience in the construction industry.  Prior to joining Hill, he was a Partner with EC Harris and the CEO of their North American operations.  Newton holds a B.Sc. in real estate management from the University of Westminster and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Building.

Jeffrey M. Peragallo, of Hill's New York, NY office, has joined the company's Project Management Group as Vice President. Peragallo has more than 25 years of engineering and construction experience, primarily in the pharmaceutical and life science markets.  Prior to joining Hill, he was a Director of Global Capital Procurement with Merck & Co. Inc.  Peragallo earned his B.S. in civil engineering from Rutgers University. 

Ignacio J. Sáez, of Hill's Mexico City, Mexico office, has been promoted to Vice President of Finance (Latin America). Sáez has more than 25 years of experience in construction finance. Prior to joining Hill he was Director of Finance for Gerens Management Group. Sáez holds a B.S. in business from the University Complutense of Madrid.

Regard S.A. Yakou, Ph.D., of Hill's Doha, Qatar office, has been promoted to Vice President and Qatar Country Manager with the company's Project Management Group. Aboo-Yakou has more than 20 years of local, national and international project and construction management experience.  Prior to joining Hill, he was a Senior Project Manager with the Alley Group. Aboo-Yakou holds a B.S. in civil engineering from Ohio Northern University, an M.A. in industrial arts from California State University at Fresno and a Ph.D. from Aston University.
