Have you ever asked yourself why the aholes are allowed to manipulate TECO stock? The answer is because they can and have been given numerous excuses to manipulate it for years now.  Performance, performance, performance! Credibility, credibility, credibility!  Why would I buy now when between now and the time they complete the Stockwells the PPS could drop .007 on nothing but manipulation?  Why is TECO's volume so low?  I agree it's just a matter of time before the shorters will no longer be able to NSS this stock but when?  The shorters limited time to manipulate could be as close as one month out or up to three months away or longer.  What TECO milestone will be enough to scare the chit out of them?  As a matter of fact they might not stop playing around until a buyback occurs and their NSS arses are caught in a sling which could be a year from now.  Once the share structure needs a recount with the DDC.
.016 +/- shares are still high IMO. Cripes I hesitated buying the .0135's while thinking those might be too high because we never know when the ongoing manipulation could drop the PPS a bit more.
