At the upcoming General Assembly in October 2013, Niels Mikkelsen will be candidate for the SmartGuy Group A/S board. Niels Mikkelsen was until mid-2013 CEO of IC Companys A/S. Niels Mikkelsen has a background as responsible for Esprit de Corp in the Nordic and Baltic countries and worked at InWear Group prior to this.
Niels Mikkelsen said, "I've always had a strong belief in fashion clothing online. Over the next 3-5 years the industry will change dramatically and I am delighted to join the strong team at SmartGuy to assist in bringing the SmartGuy Group to an even stronger position".
Purchasing Director and co-founder of SmartGuy A/S , Christian Bjerre Kusk said, "We look forward to having Niels Mikkelsen on board. Niels will help to further strengthen our fashion position. More specifically, Niels will help us open doors to new brands and enhance our knowledge in the production of our own private label brands, which today consist of StylePit and Cheap Loader " .
Niels Mikkelsen will be working closely with the other board members, among others the new chairman candidate Klaus Nyengaard, Christian Stadil and Morten Windfeldt.
