Regarding payment of dividends
Given that paying dividends A / S " R?gas ku?u b?v?tava " is obliged to withhold tax in accordance with the Latvian Central Depository Rules No. 8, paragraph 4.2.1. payment date shall be no later than the tenth day after the date that the dividends. Dividends will be paid no later than the 2013th July 9th October.
