Thereof, 2.49 % of voting rights (320,000 voting rights) are attributable to FAS S.A. pursuant to section 22 paragraph 1 sentence 1 No. 1 WpHG. The voting rights are attributed to FAS S.A. via the following controlled subsidiary, whose share of voting rights in Syzygy AG is less than 3%: - Wallberg Invest S.A. 3.
