I believe it will launch on time as SS credibility

I believe it will launch on time as SS credibility is already in question.  Many other questions arise before the launch.  How are we able to view programs.  Will it be net based, will programs be on a set schedule or will we able to choose what we want to watch like Netflix (r)?  If they don't launch I would think the SEC would want to look into this further to answer many questions.
