The not so funny thing about this is that months ago the manuals were at least 80% approved and they only needed to be 90% approved to move forward. So my question is with the supposed fast trac in place, who is full of shit? I don't believe anything out of the Baltia camp anymore. I wish I could but history tells me otherwise. I really want to but won't let myself anymore and I have nobody to thank but Baltia for this. It's too bad. Still hopeful though.
