SO WHAT? KMA Global continues GROWING, GROWING, GROWING... Heck, even the pps continues GROWING, ahahaha
And my spectacular Mr. Reid actually works with the SEC or they with him, LOL!
He surely is under the watchful eye of many regulators... IS, HAS BEEN and WILL ALWAYS BE... so what?
Betcha the SEC's been reviewing a recent agreement between sister TRIO RESOURCES and TECK RESOURCES LIMITED for some time with a fine tooth comb, thoroughly vetted... and giving its blessings of course .... so REAL otherwise THEE SEC would NEVER (dare say) approve... YES, the SEC has approved! Not only an 8K filed with the SEC but bet there'll also be a PR... sure, let the world know....
The CREDIBILITY that comes along with a BIG NYSE company like TECK is all the proof that Mr. Reid is of course not in hiding, has no issues with any agency, and more importantly doing a phenomenal job as CEO , the cream of the crop as I've maintained!
