Can we get our hands on enough acceptable plastic and HTF and process them at high enough rates to get past CFP?
We do not know that.
But if they ran into issues it also does not ean that they will not be able to address them.
Hopefully they can at least get to the point where there is enough money coming in to keep the doors open while they continue to tweak the processor.
I just hope it doesn't reach a wall that can't be crossed. I have been invested in another company that basically hit that wall. They created a machine that has had some mild success, but not enough to make investors whole.
One poster did point out that even without being able to generate big profits by having COGS much lower than revenues, there should still be high demand for a system that turns waste plastic into fuel. As long as the system can process enough types of waste plastic at a cost low enough to be a better solution than burying it in landfills.
