Nice find 2 Can.
The Patents awarded to VONAGE to date have not been able to provide "Relief of Patent Infringements" of the current Case in Federal Appeals court With VERIZON and SPRINT/NEXTEL. Those "Infringements" are for the "VOIP" piece specifically. All three companies assembled the best and brightest Legal Teams for Representation and certainly looked at "ALL VOIP SERVICE PROVIDERS". It leads to TORQ Communications. Although the litigation documents and research are still at the Appellate Level, one has to ask "Why not TORQ"? How is it there are not public records of VZ and Sprint litigating against TORQ? Private companies are not required to report their activities and we will be unable to find out how TORQ has successfully avoided VOIP Patent Litigation as reported in the public domain until the DUTV/TORQ curtain is pulled back a little farther.
I have been searching for this answer for 16 Months now. Have not found the answer to my questions.
